District Paul Harris Society Coordinator

Position Summary:

The District Paul Harris Society Coordinator promotes the Paul Harris Society and cultivates ongoing support for The Rotary Foundation through this high-level giving program. This role involves recruiting, educating, and stewarding Paul Harris Society members.

Reports To:

District Rotary Foundation Chair

Term:

One year, renewable

Key Responsibilities:

·         Promote the Paul Harris Society and recruit new members.

·         Educate Rotarians on the benefits and requirements of the program.

·         Recognize new Paul Harris Society members and milestone achievements.

·         Steward and cultivate ongoing support from existing Paul Harris Society members.

·         Collaborate with the Fundraising Subcommittee on engaging Paul Harris Society members.

·         Track Paul Harris Society membership data for the district.

·         Share best practices for engaging Paul Harris Society members across clubs.

Requirements:

·         Passion for Rotary and knowledge of The Rotary Foundation.

·         Strong presentation and persuasion skills.

·         Organized and data-driven with excellent follow-through.

·         Experience with donor cultivation and stewardship.
